When the Ford government revoked paid sick leave in 2018, it forced low-wage employees to choose between their health and their income.

The COVID-19 pandemic has taught us the importance of staying home when we’re sick.

It is now more important than ever to legislate paid sick leave and provide support for small businesses to do so. This will allow workers to focus on keeping themselves and their families safe, without having to choose between health or food.

We need to act on the lessons learned from the pandemic.

Tell Doug Ford to make workers’ health a top priority.
