Southern Ontario’s Carruthers Creek headwaters are in danger.

These vital wetlands protect the region from flooding and are a crucial source for fresh, clean water. The area is already under severe stress from urban sprawl.

Further development could devastate the watershed, polluting the creek, killing endangered plants and wildlife and increasing flood risk to the residents surrounding the development. It’s just not worth it.

Ford’s blatant disregard for wetlands and ignoring the pleas of local residents endangers all of us.

Tell Ford to protect the Carruthers Creek headwaters by adding it to the Greenbelt and stop development that destroys important ecosystems.
